This introductory workshop is the first step into the Behavioral Plasticity program. It is only for certified health professionals working with clients/patients with chronic conditions (physical, mental, and social).

In this workshop, you will not only learn about the Behavioral plasticity program and how to embody the ACT’s underlying processes, but you will also experience a couple of novel exercises to integrate in your life and interventions.
